This charming property, which has been fully and sympathetically refurbished to the highest standards, offers a luxurious and comfortable base from which to enjoy a relaxing city break in Edinburgh. Available for holiday let (vacation rental), corporate let and short term rental all year round - short breaks are welcome.

The apartment is perfectly located, being only 10 minutes walk from Princes Street (the main shopping street) and Princes Street Gardens which lead up to Edinburgh Castle, passing George Street en-route.

In the opposite direction, approximately 5 minutes walk from the accommodation, is the area of Stockbridge which still retains somewhat of a village atmosphere. Offering fascinating traditional food shops as well as some lovely independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, a visit to Stockbridge provides a break from the main tourist areas of Princes Street and the Royal Mile. The world famous Botanical Gardens is also within close proximity.
