Everything has been thought of to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable holiday is had by all in this beautiful part of Scotland ... there's something for the whole family!
Only 30 minutes from both Edinburgh and Glasgow, this is a great area from which to explore. And you don't have to venture far neither with great walks direct from the cottages including 2 great feats of engineering - the Falkirk Wheel and the Antonine Wall.
The two cottages, Hayloft and Doocot, sleep up to 4 and 6 respectfully and offer views across woods, fields and in the distance the Ochil Hills and the Trossachs - great for nature lovers where you can spot plenty of squirrels and birds or perhaps a deer camoflaged in the woods.
Hayloft has 2 double bedrooms - sleeping up to 4 whilst Doocot has a double bedroom, triple bedroom (3 singles) and a very comfortable futon in the lounge enabling it to accommodate up to 6 guests. The triple room in Doocot can also be converted to a super king.
Each cottage has it's own outdoor seating area and there is a play area for children, luxury 8 seater hot tub, 8 seater sauna and a 20ft swimming pool which is heated all year round. For groups or family get togethers there is also a party room with kitchen, bar, indoor and outdoor seating.
This really is great accommodation with facilities you would normally only expect from a luxury hotel!

50% deposit required to secure booking
Balance due at least 6 weeks prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy:
More than 6 weeks notice - Deposit
Less than 6 weeks notice - Full Payment unless property can be re-let.
