1 Mid Shore is a luxury 3 storey 17th century property with modern interior in the lovely East Neuk fishing village of St Monans. It's located right at the harbour front and has stunning view across the harbour and Firth of Forth. Sleeps up to 8.
Overview:
1 Mid Shore is the prominent house on the seafront of St Monans with uninterrupted views across the harbour and out to sea. Built in the 17th Century as two seperate fishing family homes, the property has been recently converted and has won an award for this restoration.
The accommodation is split over 3 floors and comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and 1 twin. All super king sized beds have crisp Egyptian cotton sheets, wool blankets and cosy duvets. All you need to do is bring yourself!
You can enjoy the sea view from the window seats in the sittingroom or by sitting on the sofas by the log fire. We also have a plasma screen and dvd player for those 'chill' times as well as broadband facilities including wi-fi.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a double-ended jacuzzi style bath. The downstairs shower room is compact but luxurious. A Hansgrohe rain dance shower has to be the ultimate showering experience!
The kitchen/dining room has a large American fridge freezer. A speaker system (to plug your MP3 player into so you can be inspired while you cook!) plus all the usual equipment you would expect from luxury accommodation.
On arrival at Mid Shore, you are welcomed with a complimentary hamper complete with champagne, nibbles and other luxuries to help you settle in. We also provide each guest with a range of bathroom amenities using products from Temple Spa, a new skincare range. A full range of their products can be made available for testing and purchasing on request.
And finally, we also offer other services such as chauffeur driven cars, Tesco grocery delivery service and we can provide extra house keeping facilities if requested.
Our aim is to give each guest a hotel experience whilst enjoying the freedom of self-catering.

Weekly rates from £800 - £2000 per week
3 and 4 day breaks from £550 - £800
Rates include towels, linen, and electricity
Chauffeur driven cars, Tesco grocery service and extra housekeeping can all be arranged at additional cost.

Booking terms:
25% deposit required to secure booking
Balance due at least 4 weeks prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is due for cancelled holidays. Although we do try to re-let the house, we recommend that holiday cancellation insurance be taken out.
