Located close to the banks of the River Ericht, this quality, well equipped property features two light and airy bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and a spacious, open plan living area offering access to a wrap-around balcony boasting spectacular views over the river below.
Perthshire's second largest town, Blairgowrie, was once an area renowned for growing flax with 12 spinning mills. It has grown over the years and is now famed for its soft fruit growing industry with world famous raspberries and strawberries as well as it's angling and golfing with Rosemount and Lansdowne championship courses on the doorstep. For the more active it is also the gateway to Glenshee which caters for year round sports including skiing, mountain biking, abseiling, hang gliding and paragliding and is the main starting point for the 60 mile Cateran Trail which walkers can follow around the historic drove roads used by brigands and cattle rustlers.
