Skirinish Cottage on the Isle of Skye is a traditional farm cottage near Portree with exclusive walks all around. The spacious cottage has a welcoming open fire and views of the Cuillin mountains and outer isles. Sleeps 4 - 5 guests. 3 star Visit Scotland graded.

Overview:

This bright and spacious detached cottage is in a tranquil location ideal for families and groups escaping everyday life on the beautiful island of Skye.

It comprises; a twin bedded room and bathroom off the entrance hallway, opening on to a well equipped kitchen/dining area and open plan sitting room with attractive fireplace and vaulted ceiling, which gives a great feeling of space to the room. Up a couple of steps lies the main double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a dressing room with a single bed. This delightful cottage has been beautifully restored and furnished to a good standard.

Situated in the centre of a private sheep farm peninsular, with magnificent views of the Cuillins and the Outer Isles. A short walk to the nearest shore. Endless wonderful walks make Skye the ideal place for Rock Climbing, Fishing, Seal watching, Botany, Golf, Canoeing or almost any outdoor activity you can imagine.
Excellent eating places abound in Skye today. You can take the ferry to Harris and the Uists from Uig, 15 minutes away, or simply drift around the Island with a  sketch book or paint box. Just perfect for the relaxing holiday.

Portree is 6 miles away for shopping and Skeabost House, less than a mile away as the crow flies, is the ideal Country House Hotel for local hospitality.

10% deposit required to secure booking with the balance being due 1 month prior to arrival
