Steps down to accommodation. Spacious open plan kitchen / dining / family room with coal effect gas fire and sofa bed. Living room with coal effect gas fire, windows overlooking garden and River Tay, 2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin. Family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, WC and Wash Hand basin. Seperate WC and wash hand basin.

This lovely property is bright and spacious. It is ideal for couples, friends or family groups or indeed for business visitors.

A weekly allowance for Gas and electricity is included in the rental of up to 100 units (gas), 80 units (electricity day) and 20 units (electricity night), pro-rata for shorter stays. Any usage over the included allowance is charged at cost and deducted from the good housekeeping deposit.

Just 10 minutes walk into Perth City Centre, Perth Theatre, Perth Concert Hall, Museum and Gallery, hotels and restaurants ensure many amenities and attractions are right on the doorstep. For those seeking a little adventure, the accommodation is 10 - 15 minutes drive to Scone Aerodrome; a popular micro-light and helicopter centre. Less than an hour's drive to the Glenshee ski centre, Pitlochry Festival Theatre, Dunkeld forestry walks and cycling. It's also just under 1 hour drive from the Cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow and less than 2 hours from the world renowned Loch Fyne Oyster Restaurant.

10% Deposit required to secure booking

Balance due at least 8 weeks prior to arrival

A security deposit of £200 will be pre-authorised on your preferred payment card. Funds will only be drawn down in the event of breakages or damage caused during your stay or excessive cleaning required following.

Cancellation Policy:

30+ days prior to arrival - 10% of total booking

14 - 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking

Less than 14 days prior to arrival - Full payment
