Accommodation Perth’s Tay View Holiday Apartment offers a delightful two bedroom 1st floor flat with stunning views over the River Tay and across to Kinnoull Hill. This B listed building retains its historic charm while adding modern comforts and conveniences. The flat is centrally located with easy walking access to the variety of restaurants, bars, cultural hotspots that Perth has to offer.

The property comprises of a spacious lounge/diner which overlooks the River Tay and is tastefully furnished with two leather settees and a dining table with seating for 4. There is a TV with freeview channels, a DVD & CD player and WiFi throughout. The separate galley kitchen is bright and well-appointed with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven & gas hob, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, crockery and cooking utensils.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and faces out towards the city centre. The twin bedroom (with 2x single beds) overlooks the River Tay. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with mirrored glass doors, chests of drawers and high quality bed linen and towels. The bathroom has both tub and integral power shower and the property has gas-fired central heating throughout to ensure a warm and cosy visit.

The accommodation is available all year round.

Area Tay Views is a 2 minute walk to Perth High Street with a great selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Perth Concert Hall hosts a range of musicians, artists and comedians, alongside which is Perth's Edwardian Theatre, The Green Room and IMAX Cinema. Golfing pros and amateurs alike will be spoilt for choice in Perth, with the King James VI (stretching along the River Tay) and North Inch Golf Courses just a few minutes away from Tay Views. Although Perth Racecourse has regular racing fixtures, it's not all about the horses, with The Perth Festival and Perth in Bloom being held at Scone Palace Park. And all of this is only a short distance away from Scone Palace, where Macbeth, Robert the Bruce and Charles II were crowned.

Thrill seekers can visit New House Farm and take part in Quad biking, Tank driving, High ropes, Highland Games and much more. Anglers can fish for Trout and Salmon along the Tay and River Isla, with guided fishing trips taking place throughout the season. Perth boasts walks of differing grades, a favourite being the Moncrieffe Hill path; a beautiful route through the woodland managed by the Woodland Trust. And for those looking for a little more luxury, Bannatyne's Spa provides perfect pampering packages offering treatments, a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and swimming pool.

Booking Terms 25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfer; all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity). Fair usage policy applies. All breakages are chargeable. TS Properties have the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked.

Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.

  • If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable
  • If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.


Holiday / Cancellation Insurance. Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday / cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation. Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the TS Holiday Lets website. Booking Protect is an independent company and in no way related to TS Holiday Lets.
